Thomasina’s Cashew Brittle has no preservatives added and is always made with the finest ingredients. We recommend you store your cashew brittle at a cool dry room temperature within 3 months, or refrigerate (or freeze) it. Return to room temperature and enjoy within 2 months. It is also GREAT on ice cream.
